For starters, not many men (like me) go to places like this one. For my first experience, it was the BEST, and why? because it was very chill, pleasant and comforting. The wax specialist there (Jeanette G.) was very professional. She spoke highly educated and made sure my experience was gonna be memorable. I had gotten my Ears (yes, ears...) waxed and my brows (no thin girly-thing) and it was super-painless!!! i tell you. this is the place to check out for waxing. very professional and great atmosphere. and check for Jeanette (she's the eyebrow wax PRO there is). The lady that did my bikini wax was terrific no complains about that except the front receptionist was a totall rude and disrespectful person .. She was litterally forcing me to leave a tip when i said ill tip her next time because i was pAying cash she was soo rude n unproffesional. Im speaking of the skinny pale pimpled face dorkey girl they have in the front reception area.... Im soo upset and embarrased by the way she treated me. I will not be returning there again. And when i find out her name i will make sure her manager knows this.
