Nice club. Clean. Terrible hours of operation, especially weekends. Have to cancel membership.

Tuesday evening around 7PM I was leaving the Gym after my workout and realized I did not have my Car Keys,I know I had them when I entered the Gym but I could not find them. Every Staff Member stopped what they were doing and started searching for my Keys,they checked everything,even went out to my Car with a Flashlight looking on the ground,went through the Laundry,Lockers,Bathrooms etc. The Keys were finally found in the Group fitness Room.The Staff at the Ranch is always friendly and helpful all the time but I was still surprised at how each of them cared so much and went out of their way to help me. I have been a client for several years. The facility is spotless. The staff is helpful. Every time I go I feel like I am on a mini spa vacation.

I had to write a review for The Ranch when I saw these other reviews that strike me as negative propaganda inspired by a disgruntled former employee who has gone out on her own. I have had nothing but the finest treatment at The Ranch. The environment, facilities and staff are the best in Marion County and offer treatments that no other fitness or spa facility in the area can match. You will not be disappointed.

HORRIBLE bday experience. My husband bought me a massage for my birthday. I called to schedule the appt and they asked me if I wanted a male or female. My husband would flip out if I had a man so of course I said woman. The receptionist said Ok I have you scheduled w/ Melissa. Never been there before so how else would I know the name of the masseuse is Melissa? Well I find a babysitter, am so excited for my bday massage and ummm I don't get to have it. The spa let someone else have Melissa and asked me to see the male. Considering my husband would flip out, I had to say no. So long story short, I found a babysitter, paid a babysitter, drove all the way west, so excited on my bday and...nothing. The manager said oops and offered me $25. Not even enough for another massage. Maybe it's silly but I just had a baby and was really looking forward to some mommy relaxation on my bday. SO disappointing.
