Unfortunatley, I brought a groupon for their sweetheart special. The lady who made my appt was very nice. The package included a facial that me and my husband were not interested in, so the lady who made my appt told me the people that did facial also did hand and feet massage and that she checked with her boss and she had given us the ok to switch from facial to hands and feet masssage. Well, like the only other real person that left a review here said, when you arrive it is a dingy plaza. Walked inside and told her we were there for our appt. She started talking about the facial, I told her this was agreed that we would do hand and feet insteatd. I saved the voicemail just in case this happen. She said that she remember the girl asking her and she said no! I was amazed!!!! She went on, on how that is more time and it's a different person who does that, blah blah blah. So I stated fine, so we don't waste your time we will just give us the massage. She looked shocked that I said that but come one its valentines day, your employeed promised us this, where is the customer service. So after my uncomfortable massage we were lead to a little room with no lights to sit on a futon and eat some cheap cake and strawberries with a glass of cheap champange. It was so embarassing. We couldn't even see each other. Over all horrible experience and even worse customer service. I will never go back!!!!!

The perfect spa in pompano beach, this place is a utopian salon. You can't do any better than this place, the women that work here are great professionals. Kind and courtesy staff at the front desk. Their place is kept neat and clean. You will be happy with the massage and facial that is given to you, and now they have weight loss treatments too, too good of a place.

Love the massage here, their knowledge on massaging people is excellent. I use to go to a pain clinic for my problems but not any more, I just get a massage often here. I usually get a massage from Douglas but any one here will do they are all great.

This is the best place for massage or facial in the pompano beach or all of Broward county for that matter. I came here with my wife and loved it the first time and in the last year I have referred friends and family members and they loved it as well.

I am fairly certain all of these other reviews were written by the staff. The first picture is of their waiting room, and the ones of the beds are very inaccurate... that isn't at all what the room I actually had looked like. Today is my anniversary. I scheduled my appointment well over a month in advance. I had previously used a groupon to go to Diamante Day Spa and was floored with how opulent and upscale it was, as well as how relaxing of an experience I had. So imagine my surprise when I came to this office turned spa, which is in a dingy shopping center by the driver's license office in pompano beach. We arrived on time at 5p and began to fill out our paperwork. The front desk woman was very nice and friendly. After five or ten minutes, another woman showed us to the back for our wine and chocolates. The he corridor was poorly lit and the floors were dirty. We entered a room with a futon in it, folded into a couch with heart shaped velour pillows on it, an end table with a glade scented candle on it and a tv dinner tray stand with a doily on top. The champagne was cheap, which honestly was expected, but rather than chocolates we were greeted with two quarter slices of wal-mart chocolate cake (the kind with the chocolate drizzle all over it, we had just run to wal-mart to purchase flip flops and they were on display right in front of the door). There were ants all over the floor. After about ten minutes being in there, with the chiffon fabric on the ceiling attempting to cover up the office lights and cardboard tiles underneath) we were shown to the "shower room", as we had wanted to do a quick rinse off before the massage. The shower room was a closet with a shower inside and a sink with a mirror. There were no soaps to use or [purchase. The paint was sticky looking and streaky. I was pretty skeeved out, but my partner is an optimist and thought we should give it a chance. I left him to shower and went next door to the restroom. The restroom had a completely generic feel to it but much more unkempt. There were greasy looking handicap bars around the walls of the toilet, the same streaky paint job with a giant patch behind the toilet, the sink was exceptionally dirty and the piping was exposed, the toilet brush was thrown under the tank of the toilet and there was chunks of toilet paper in it. I was horrified. I went next door to check on my partner and wash my face, as this sink was cleaner and had a mirror. We were inside the shower/bathroom for maybe ten minutes total, when the staff knocked on the door, asking if we were ok inside. We said we'd be right out. A minute or two later, another knock with "Are you done yet?". I thought this was supposed to be relaxing?? They knocked a third time and I barely had time to dry my face before we came out. Two women were in the hallway snickering and we just stood there unsure of where we were to head next. A minute later one of them noticed we were sort of just standing there and told us to follow her back down the dirty hallway into another office room, but this one had more glade candles and two massage tables covered with sheets. As we entered, one of the women told us that because we took too long in the previous rooms, our massage would be shortened by thirty minutes. THIRTY. They said they had another appointment after us. Despite the fact that we were only following their instructions and that I had called ahead to see if we could rinse off prior to the appointment. Despite the fact that we had taken the day off from work to accommodate this appointment, having found out after we purchased the groupon that they had no weekend hours and took their last clients at five pm. They just wanted to go home. My partner and I agreed to leave and request a refund instead of staying there a minute longer. I was absolutely disgusted by the service and this entire experience.
