I had a great experience there I had a massage from Katia, which she took her time and was very nice to me. I even had a manicure and pedicure next door at Annas nail salon. I felt right at home with everyone there. they were all very pleasant with me.... I'm not sure who Fred, John,and Frank are but they sound like the same person who does not like Annas for a personal reason. But I never had a problem there..

It was a very good experience the girls were great and I even did a manicure and pedicure next door at Annas nail salon. I have had Mary and Katia at the spa on two different times and they were very good and polite.. would recommend to all friends and family..
