Worst Service ever! They treat you well until they make you sign for a contract, after that you will be waiting for a spa room, they don't respect your appts, everything has to be done trough the manager and a manager is never available. I have been trying to cancel my enrollment for 2 months and it has been impossible, they just keep charging my card and making excuses to no let me cancel it! Be carefull if you are looking for good service... this is not the place!!!

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY BEWARE!!!! Very Poor Experience!!!! Agreed to fullfill a 3 month contract at sign up. Told the lady who assisted me that I would not be able to sign for any longer than 3 months because we would be making a military move. She assured me that it would be ok and to go ahead and sign up. There was another option to choose where I could pay monthly but she had talked me into the contract because she said it would be cheaper for me to do it that way. I paid for the 3 months I ageed to pay and then made my move thinking everything was ok! 5 months have passed and now suddenly I'm being harassed by collections for over $900!! They are claiming that they do not allow anyone to sign up for 3 months yet it is hand written on my contract. The lady did not understand that upon sign up I had only agreed to a 3 month contact due to my military move but they do not care and even threatened my husbands job! This company is scandallous and does not show any appreciation for military families!! VERY UNHAPPY!! BIG FAT 00000
