Awesome massage! First time getting a massage and I really liked it. It was very relaxing.
As a customer of massage for over 8 years now, I have never once been told that I have to provide a credit card over the phone in order to BOOK an appointment. There is apparently no other alternative to this unless you are lucky enough to have a gift card. The receptionist at Massage Envy at 2065 Market Place Blvd. was fine with me not booking an appointment because I won't give a credit card over the phone. It's a shame, really, I would have been paying cash for my massage and tip today. I also am a healtcare provider in the area and routinely recommend massage services to patients in the past. I will no longer be endorsing Massage Envy with that kind of policy.
I have been here one time and it was a WONDERFUL experience.
