I have benefited immensely from the Transform 21 program. Patrice Bullock is knowledgeable, professional, and has helped transform my health. In addition to the weight loss from the program, I have learned to adapt my habits in a healthy way and have made a lifestyle change through diet. I felt comfortable in Patrice's hands due to her medical background. I have participated in Transform 21 twice now, as I felt the first time was very beneficial to my health. My second time was for "maintenance" and to get me back on the healthy track I began two years before! I highly recommend Patrice and this program!
