This is without a doubt the WORST business I have EVER spent time/money at. They tried everything in their power to upcharge me for my massage, which was a simple 30 min signature massage. Was meant to be relaxing, but seeing that these ladies treated me as it they were scam artists...left me uneasy from the start. They tried 4 times to charge me for something more expensive than the 30 minute signature massage. Luckily, I am an informed consumer and had scanned their website before my visit. I knew what the price was supposed to be... For someone who might not have be sure you know what you are getting into with these people! Shame on them for taking a women's relaxing Saturday morning (that we RARELY get) and turning it into a horse and pony show about money. Anywhere else is viable option than this place... What a joke. I will never let anyone I know use this spa. It's bad even for Valdosta.

I have been going to Lemongrass for at least 10 years...I started going there in college and have always encouraged my husband to buy gift cards for gifts! I have referred many people over the years including family. NEVER GOING BACK....so sad...a few weeks ago I was REALLY needing a massage so I booked one using the gift card my husband gave me for my birthday. After a long day at work, I completely forgot about the appointment. They never called to see where I was, but DID charge my gift card. I called begging them to please let me use it and asked why they had not called.I couldve been there in less than 5 minutes. All they said was "Sorry, we have charged your gift card". So disappointed of the lack of care I received when I called. Don't go...obviously they don't care about customer relations. I will not be back. :(

I was able to get a last minute appointment for a massage. Thank you for fitting me in. Very accommodating for me and my husband who just waited on me. My first massage ever and I loved it.

Yes, definitely great get away stress relieving.Took my husband here as one of my anniversary gifts was amazing first time he's ever enjoyed a spa that much.Staff very friendly and professional.

I loved my experience! I will definitely be back. The whole staff was so good to me. The tranquility of this place is amazing, it sets it apart from any of the other places I've been to here in Valdosta. All of the employees were wonderful. Virginia (I think thats her name) is the receptionist, she was so sweet. Brian did my massage, which was very relaxing. One of the best massages ever. Michelle (the owner) did my facial and. She did an amazing job and helped me out with maintaining my skin.
