My experience was with Carl in May 2013 was him being late, not seeming to care about me as a client, and bragging about his experience in New York and L.A. Oh ya, and griping about how the crack-heads ran into his fence again. He cussed aloud about various things, and didn't listen to my needs. All of it was very annoying and I did NOT feel welcome as a new client! Would NEVER return.

Chrissy Swink is amazing and a very talented hair and make up artist. Born and raised in Hawaii, she has the Aloha spirit. What sets her apart is her eye for detail and her sense of style. I was very fortunate to see her work and highly recommend her. Chrissy recently attended workshops in New York. Mahalo ! Chrissy.. Love your style and work.

The staff here are absolutely fabulous! I had an amazing massage from Melinda and a very nice blow out from Bridget. I would highly recommend this salon/spa to anyone who enjoys quality services with great customer service. also, the esto here does excellent brow shaping and tints, probably the best on island.

I absolutely love this place! I went in to get a perm...YES! A PERM!!! (not a 1980's perm either lol) and Karen the lady who did my hair ...Is really quite amazing at what she does! Anyone who is looking for a new fresh look with friendly and professional atmosphere this is definitely the place to go to.

This is a good place for some, but when you are not happy with your level of service the owner, Carl - who likes to boast he is from NYC and LA and worked on many models, will turn against you. He will bring out his big city attitude and make you feel like you did something wrong. Not very "aloha" as one on island would say.
