This place is great! All of the employees are very friendly, and the experience is definitely worth it. I schedule with Brandi each visit, and she is very knowledgeable about her profession and is always willing to offer hair advice or encourage new styles. I always feel pampered when I go to my appointment. They also offer great products for purchase. Their gift store is always stocked with cute jewelry, home decor, etc. If you are in the Batesville area, Guys & Gals Quarters is a great place to check out!

I have been a loyal client forever! Mandy is amazing!! I always have fun and can't wait for my next appointment. It is relaxing to treat myself to a mani or a hair treatment as well. Next I am trying a facial! I always spend some time there as part of my birthday and they make me feel special. I can't recommend Guys and Gals enough! And you'll be hooked on the products! Guys and Gals is a nice salon that offers many services for women and men. In addition, their Privileged Points Program allows customers to earn points for services and products they have purchased. Their stylists keep up with the latest trends with continuous training. They also listen to your concerns, while offering advice on the style that best fits your needs/wants. I have referred many friends to Guys and Gals.

Guys & Gals Quarters is my mini vacation! I turn my phone off and leave my cares art the doors. The staff is absolutely the best. Brandi Krause is my stylist and she pampers everytime I come in. Everytime I leave Guy & Gals I feel like i can conquer anytihng and am a new better looking me for it. If you have never been you need to go right now. They offer services for everyone. Thank you to all the staff for making this world a better place.

I should have quit after my first bad experience, but with limited options in the area, I tried again, new stylists, different treatments, different times of DAY, and I have never been satisfied. Beyond the bad hair coloring, mani/pedi that looked like it was done by a five year old, and an eyebrow waxing that I had to go home and clean up, my most recent experiences were a haircut (a simple long bob) and an eyebrow waxing appointment with their "great" esthetician. After my haircut (which took over an hour), Cassie told me "If it's uneven, just come back and I'll fix it. These are hard to cut. But not next week. I'm going on vacation." WHAT? If it's UNEVEN? And it's a bob! How hard can it be? And lo and behold, when I straightened my hair that weekend, it was a full inch shorter on one side than the other. Rather than waiting a week, I spent MORE money to have it fixed elsewhere. Saturday's eyebrow wax was much the same. I told Angie that I prefer my brows thick, I just wanted them cleaned up around the edges. Not only do I have thin, short brows that I now have to fill in with pencil, one is actually SHORTER than the other, a problem I didn't notice until I got home from work that afternoon. (I also noticed that the wax had caused me to break out badly, often a sign of dirty waxing tools!) When I called the receptionist that afternoon to speak to a manager, she told me that she was sorry, but there was nothing she could do and she was not going to contact anyone to help me. I just paid $30 to have half an eyebrow removed! And there's nothing you can do? I'm not above paying premium prices for quality treatments, but I will no longer pay those prices to be disappointed. I'd rather spend the extra money on the drive to Cincinnati.
