If you haven't heard of Stephanie Heltzel or gone to see her to get your hair done you need to. She was the brightest most positive thing I have seen since in a long time. Her expertise and precision for the hair industry is incredible. She kept me educated and up to date on my hair while making the right recommendations and telling me what one product would be best to take home instead of telling me I needed to buy them all. She hands down has to be the best thing to happen to Solutions Day Spa. That smile and demeanor of hers can completely change not only your hair but give your day a great boost!

I have been to Solutions a total of three times. Of those three times I was left waiting for over an hour. Just before I left frustrated the receptionist told me she didn't know what happened and that the stylist would not be able to see me because she was leaving. Instead of offering compensation or even a different stylist, she simply asked if I wanted to make another appointment. I said no, I was going somewhere else and she just responded with sorry before I left. This was an unexceptable way of handling a mistake that was their own.

Great friendly staff. They did a great job on the skin and hair! I will be back soon!!!
