I went Andi and she was fantastic. I tried the Ombre coloring with a layered haircut for brunette wavy/curly shoulder length hair. She listened to exactly what I wanted (not platinum blond on the bottom) and blended it perfectly. I am so happy with my color and cut. If you are nervous getting your hair cut/colored in South Bend, go here and you won't be. They do quality work.

I love this place Katlynn did my hair cut and color with highlights she is awesome and the staff is very friendly. I am from a big city and went to Toni & guy which is high end latest style and color techniques and for 2 yrs I have been looking for a place and a person and I've finally found it here. They listen to what u ask for and deliver perfect results. I will definitely be a long time customer.

Pampered to perfection today by Sheila and Cassie! Sheila colored my hair and thinned it out a bit; Cassie massaged my scalp and shampooed, dried and flat ironed my hair expertly. The complimentary refreshments were a hit, and I especially love the way they both made me feel like I was the only one there. I emailed my appt. request on Friday, and I was extremely pleased they schedule me for the next day (this isn't usually the case, so I especially appreciate the extra effort to accommodate my needs). The Salon atmosphere is upbeat and calm. The Salon always seems to have a clean fresh scent not one of overpowering chemicals like some places. I highly recommend Sheila, Cassie and this Salon :D

I booked Salon Nouveau in South Bend for my bridal party and I. They were very accommodating in scheduling us all at the same time. They made it work for all 6 of us to get our hair done at the same time. It was a fun environment and the salon provided bagels and orange juice for us. They even allowed and encouraged my maid of honor to bring in champagne for mimosas. Salon Nouveau allows you to cancel any of the bridal party appointments up to a week before the wedding. This was helpful, as I had to cancel two of my bridal party appointments. I also decided a week before the wedding that I wanted to have my make-up done as well. They were very accommodating and were able to switch some other things around in order to get me in at the time that I wanted. All of the girls were very happy with their hair and mine as well. My make-up lasted the whole day, so I was impressed with that. They give you the lipstick to keep for touch-ups. My stylist was great, she noticed I had a chip in my freshly manicured nails (I had them done the day before at a nail salon) and she offered to touch it up for me. Overall, we were very happy with how everything turned out. The only slight complaint that I have is that my flower girl was charged the same amount for her simple updo. She didn't have extremely long hair and they had told me beforehand that hers probably wouldn't cost as much as the rest of ours. Other than that, we had a great time and were very happy. For the quality of the salon, the prices are very competitive too!

Shelia is AMAZING!!! I have gone to Shelia for years now and she always know what I want! Cut or color she aways does such a great job! It always makes it easy when I can email my appointment, which is very convient! The salon is a great place to relax and Shelia always makes me feel very comfortable!! Would recommend her to anybody!!!
