Buyer beware! The service descriptions are misleading. I purchased the 4 hour "Stress Relief" package for my wife as a Christmas present. She is a new mom who is taking the brunt of infant duties and I thought this would be a nice present for her. It is described in the advertised service "menu", and my receipt, as a 4 hour spa package. I got a spa appointment scheduled for Saturday, January 3rd, 2015 at 11:30. After 3 hours of the supposed 4 hour package, my wife was told she was done with her appointment. The time equaled less than 75% of what I was sold. When my wife questioned the desk help about the short appointment, she was told that Calospa used to do a different facial and now they give the "express" facial instead. I contacted the spa manager and explained the situation and after she discussed it with "her manager" I was told they were going to do nothing about the situation and that I (my wife) had received everything included in the package even though she did not go the full time. The manager told me they were going to "take it into consideration" when re-evaluating their menu descriptions. Everyone at the spa and the manager have been very polite but this practice is unacceptable. I was not given what I paid for. When I spoke with the spa manager, I told her that since I was not given 25% of what I was sold (as per the menu description) that I wanted a 25% refund. She called me back after my request and informed me that the "higher ups" were not willing to do this. I thought 25% of my purchase price refunded was a fair compromise, as I did not receive 25% of what I paid for.
