The level of service you receive is amazing. They cater treatment to your needs. You feel amazing afterwards. The employees are very professional and take excellent care of you.

This is the best salon I have ever been to. I'm a military spouse so I've lived in a lot of different places, tried many different salons, and I am extremely picky. I found this salon after I'd had my hair utterly ruined (color and cut were comically terrible... chunks were missing) at another salon, and Liz, a genius, made it look like I'd just stepped out of one of the beautiful Aveda posters on the walls. It was shiny, healthy-looking, the color was phenomenal, and there was no sign of the horrible cut I came in with. The entire staff is wonderful. The receptionists are so polite, they remember your name and offer you tea, there's a menu of add-ons which are extremely inexpensive and include a mini-massage in an actual massage chair for ten dollars. With your salon treatment you get a complimentary neck massage with scented oils or a hand massage while you are having your hair washed. These are all done by the stylists (who are surprisingly also really good at massage), but there is also an actual massage therapist if you'd like a serious spa massage with music and candles and everything, who is the best I have ever found as well (again, very picky). When she started, she offered free half hour massages to introduce clients to her work! There were always pleasant treats like this coming up every time I visited. I loved this salon, and I was so, so sad when I had to leave. The prices are also really competitive for the quality. I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone.

Heather is amazing!!! She is always up to date on the latest color & styling trends & does a phenomenal job! Living on Bardstown Road, I've driven by this place so many times and I finally decided I needed to stop in. I'm so glad that I did! I had yet to find a hair stylist that really listened to what I was looking for, and Heather was wonderful! I will definitely be back for my next hair cut!

I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Kaelin for 3 months. Love her!!! Love the service, the staff, how clean the salon is and how friendly everyone is. I have also had several massages there and they are wonderful as well. I have never been one to stay with one salon, but I think I have finally found my home.
