I went in December and I am just now calm enough to be civil but truthful about my experience, which was not a good one! I went to have my roots ONLY colored and explained to Krissy that I had used over the counter coloring products previously on my hair. Long story short, she was NOT to pull the color all the way thru to the ends of my hair, she did it anyway, fried my hair and thought it was perfectly fine to take thinning sheers, the ones that have the teeth on them, to the back of my head to cut out all that she ruined! I asked her to blend the sides around my face and she obviously had no idea what I meant because that was horrid!! My hair was down to the middle of my back and after 6 months of trying to repair it, its finally back to shoulder length, still having to grow out the gaps she cut in the back of my hair!! So my thoughts and review of Krissy at La Bellas is DO NOT USE HER!!! The rest of the salon I can't speak for. In order to post I had to put a star but SHE DOESN'T DESERVE THAT!! I wish I could post my pictures because there is proof!
