I was not very happy at the service here. I was going to a function and I was wearing a strapless dress. I needed an updo. When I went to the salon, I asked for a catalogue to look through for hair styles. They didn't have one. So, I looked online for hairstyles that celebs had, but it was really hard to use one because I have really long hair and its hard to put it into a certain style. So the lady(I will leave her unnamed) starts curling my hair and says that I should decide a hair style after she curls. I have to say that she quickly curled my hair. She proposed a style and i told her it looked nice. However, when she got to doing it, it was too tight on my head. So I said I would like a little more volume. She wasn;t too confident and she really didn't know what she was doing. She kept asking me about little things like should she twist my hair and stuff. I would expect a hairstylist to know what she was doing or even suggest a few hairstyles that I would like. I showed a pic but she was struggling to make that style, and it wasn;t that complicated either. I just told her to do something and my hair didn't look great. When I went home, I took out all the styling and just left with curls. I was disappointed in my look and that she didn;t add volume to my hair. I REALLY didn;t like the hair stylists there and i would recommend not to get your hair done there. I don't know about nails, massages, facials and stuff, but hair is a big NO NO!

I went for a day of beauty.....took three days off at the end of the week to flow into the weekend...so this was to start it off. I got a facial and brows (from Olga), a massage (from Carmen) and a manicure and pedicure (from Angel). It was a bustling day there but the day flowed well and I was even served lunch. Each person that worked on me was an artist at their trade. I can't say enough about my brows. I went to get makeup at the MAC counter and the guys and ladies were going crazy over what they called PERFECT brows. I told them who did it and they wanted her (Olga) number. Afterward, I was pleasantly welcomed with a Massage. I've had massages all over the US and in some countries and I have to say this Massage Therapist's hands (Carmen) were by far the most mature and nurturing. She was very welcoming and informative about her technique since it was the first time with her and even more so after the session was over; I learned about my body working with her. I felt like I could fly, do jumps and swing my hips all over the place. THE BEST, THE BEST, THE BEST!!!! To end the day, I sat with Angel. She has such a gentle and sweet personality. Her touch is amazing when she massages your legs and feet and she is gentle with the doing cuticles which always makes me nervous. I've never had a french manicure so this was my first time. Her technique was flawless. I was thoroughly impressed and my feet felt amazing....two massages in one day. I've also had a mani/pedi before there by Carla. She's also awesome. All in all, a great day! I'm going back and I've referred family and friends!!!

I will agree with everyone else. Lani is the best. I will not let anyone else touch my eyebrows. She takes her time too. I hate when I am in and out in 5 minutes for a brow. She will not let you leave until its perfect! She is such a sweet person too.
