I've been going to Michele's Salon & Day Spa for about 12 years now and would consider going no where else. They are like family and I always come out feeling like a million bucks. The team there is rock solid and the talent is through the roof.

Fun, sophisticated, yet friendly atmosphere and talented stylists. Everyone is extremely professional and customer-focused. Love the mini scalp and shoulder massage that comes before every haircut! It's NYC quality without the attitude, and at Berkshire County prices!

This visit was my first to Michele's and I was literally knocked off my feet. Joe completely transformed my color and style and I left looking a good 15 years younger than when I went in. Color, highlights and cut were perfect. Atmosphere was professional and yet fun and comfortable. Price was reasonable. I can't say enough good things about the experience. I can't wait to go back and I certainly am happy to spread the word. I left feeling like a million and everyone who saw me afterwards said I looked like a million. Thank you thank you. Michele's entire staff is the perfect balance of professional and friendly. Every visit is a great and fun experience. The stylists' passion for their work is obvious in the creativity, talents, and stories about their latest trainings and workshops. After 15 years of long hair, Chelsea inspired me to go short! What an amazing transformation... I love it! And I love the tips and tricks to maintain it I get from everyone each time I go in. LOVE you all!

I have been to Michele's Salon for haircuts and colors and it is always a great experience! Excellent front desk service. Michele is very helpful in determining the best cut and I left very, very happy with my hair! Both times I have gone in for highlights, the stylists have chosen the perfect color for me....overall great experience every time! I highly recommend Michele's!
