My daughter had her hair done for prom...loved the hair but it was supposed to be $65 and when we checked out all of a sudden they said it was $85 because it took longer than they expected. Well here is the problem with that...first of all when i booked the appt I told them how long and thick my daughter's hair was and they said it would be 1 1/2 hours. It ended up taking 2 hours so why would the price jump $20. Also I had asked the stylist towards the end about the price so I could get my money ready and she said $65. It was the owners who changed the price at check out. If you are going to charge more than what is quoted (especially that much more) then you should have said the price may vary when I made the appt. and you should have let me know during the appt. A $20 increase AFTER it's done is just WRONG and not good business!
