I stumbled onto Body, Mind and Spine when looking for immediate relief from a sudden pain I was experiencing and was treated to probably the best massage and chiropractic adjustment I ever had! After that I decided to have a more comprehensive analysis done on my spine (since it had been so long since my last review), found a number of issues (which now explain a lot of things I had noticed in the past), and even after only a couple of treatments have noticed a wonderful improvement. The combination of massage, spinal adjustment and traction work (not NEARLY as bad as it sounds!) is more comprehensive than I'm used to but is giving me very good results (and in retrospect makes the standard chiropractic session seem a little incomplete). If you simply want a one-time adjustment, Dr. Faith's adjustments are AWESOME, but her greatest strength/greatest advantage may be in the more comprehensive approach she takes to problems and solutions.
