Have been multiple times now and have had a great experience eacth time from Botox to minor surgery for mole removals. Dr. Lach is compassionate and explains everything along with going over and beyond to help. I hurt my back last time I was in and could barely walk and he gave me a bunch of stuff to read and gave me some advice on how to heal it. I did not even realize it was my back I thought it was my leg. He's super nice.

No respect for their client's time. I called to make a facial appointment, requested late afternoon/early evening, and was told they now close at 5 pm and the last appointment is at 3:45. So, I scheduled the 3:45 appointment, LEFT WORK EARLY and arrived a few minutes early. At 4:10 I mentioned to the receptionist that my appointment was for 3:45 and was told 'she's just finishing up with a client and will be with you shortly'. At 4:20, the aestecian poked her head into the waiting room to inform me she was running a little behind and would only be another minute or two. At 4:25, I got up and left. Now, I ask you, what would have happened if I showed up 40-45 minutes late for my appointment?! My time is as valuable as theirs and clearly they do not respect that. I will be going to a new spa for my facial treatments.

Went for laser hair removal. They ruined my tattoo. Never the same person. Hair grew almost all back with in a year. Will never go back. Would not recommend.

I agree with Jules. I am also a Viva Skin Care client and requested a refund. They refused. They are thieves or in cahoots with thieves which is just as bad!! I have filed a complaint with the AG's office and I'm also filing a complaint with the Massachusetts Medical Board against Dr. Elliot Lach who was their Medical Director. I suggest anyone who is in this ugly situation to do the same. I will not stop until this issue is resolved!!

The Worst experience ever. Booked a half hour appointment for spider vein laser surgery.They were 15 minutes late. My actual appointment lasted 8 minutes and then I was left alone in the room for 15 minutes. I have had this done at different Medspas over the years and this was by far the worst experience overall that I have ever had, with barely visible results. Don't waste your time or money.
