STAY AWAY from this place if you want to be treated with respect! Customer service at its WORST. Complete refusal to abide good business practices, provide sufficient customer service ... complete lack of common sense. they refused to honor a voucher that I purchased from their website in July because the terms and conditions have changed since then. At the time of purchase, terms read that I can purchase multiple vouchers. Now, they are saying I can't use the second one for 6 months - this information was NOT stated on the original voucher I bought. The owner is saying that it really doesn't matter what the voucher stated at the time I purchased it, all what matters is what it says NOW ... I sent them the voucher that I have, it DOES NOT have any language about waiting 6 months to use the service. They still refuse to honor it. I have filed a scam complaint with BBB The owner cares very little about customer experience. She was supped to call me on Saturday. Never did. No one from the salon called either. It would be common courtesy to call and let me know that the owner will not be calling. Nope. No call on Saturday. I emailed them - no response. No call on Sunday either. No apology. I called myself Tuesday morning. No apology, just some dumb excuse. If you're an owner of a business, I don't need to hear your personal story. You said you will call me on Saturday - call me on Saturday! If you can't, have one of your receptionists call or email and let me know! A simple apology wouldn't hurt either.

I recently went here for a spa day with my sister-in-law after getting a deal on groupon. We were both getting facials, massages and pedicures. As someone who's never had a facial or massage, I found the experience to be relaxing and the staff to be very professional. We didn't have to wait at all for our appointment and the staff were helpful in making sure our experience enjoyable. The spa was clean and there was a cozy waiting room for time in between treatments. The "spa etiquette" cheat sheet was informative and helped to answer some of our questions. I would absolutely recommend Tropez if you're looking for a relaxing experience!

Went here for the first time for a massage with Heather as I had a Groupon. Everything, from booking the appointment to checking in to the actual massage went perfectly. Heather is really talented. Very pleased with my visit, although unassuming from the outside, the spa inside is very nice, with a great waiting room and the massage room was very warm and quiet. Couldn't ask for more.

Do not go here for any laser vein removal,I had a Groupon Package and it was the most painfull procedure I ever had...I have had laser hair removal and the pain was nothing like the pain for vein removal. I do not know if that is what it is suppose to be like.It did not help that the person doing it was cold and did not smile the hole time,untill I tipped her after.I do not even know why I tipped her because she was such a bad experience...I still have the veins and they look bigger now...This is three weeks later...My husband was shocked when he saw the bruising and my skin looked scared, that is gone but I have my veins still and now they are larger....I would not recommend save your money and The horrible pain....

These guys sell too many vouchers through Groupon and Buywithme and cannot service the numbers. I have tried to get an appointment but they are always booked solid or have limited staff available at desirable times. Because they couldn't fit everyone in they extended the Buywithme beyond its expiration date but refuse to give the $25 gift certificate that they promised on the voucher. This is dishonest! They took the money and are now not forfilling their part of the agreement. I want my money back. Will not buy any more voucher for this place.
