I love Vivid Hair Salon & Spa! I get my hair done here as well as regular facials. All the girls are creative, professional and knowledgeable. They use great products and can always educate you on the best techniques for healthy hair and skin. I received an anti-aging facial recently and was instantly hooked! I will be back for more again and again. Would recommend this salon to anyone. Thanks girls!

All I wanted was to feel special! The girls at Vivid Hair Salon & Spa made me feel like a princess. My hair and skin needed some help and they were the perfect crew to help. I got a cut and color that brings out my pretty eyes, I also splurged and got a mini facial. I was over due on getting some relaxation! I feel like I was pampered and taken cared for. I wold recommend this place to all my friends and family! I even got my sister to start going to Vivid and she loves it too!! Thank you all to the great talented staff at Vivid Hair Salon & Spa!! Called at 9:30 a.m. and booked a 1:30 p.m. appointment. Was looking forward to it, and drove out from Springfield. What a mistake! At 1:20 p.m., as I was pulling up and after I'd been in the car for 25 minutes, stylist called and said can't do 1:30, but how was 5:30? Are you kidding me?! Oh, 5:30 won't work; how about another day? Are you serious?! What nerve, and how totally disrespectful and unprofessional. Certainly not worth a drive more than 10 minutes, unless you have absolutely nothing else going on that day.
