I always feel beautiful after an appointment at FLOW. Everyone is friendly and makes me feel welcome. I have used Aveda products for many years and am so happy to be able to purchase them in a Salon in my home town.

I have patronized Flow Salonspa for several years. I like the natural AVEDA products and the ambiance created by Jaye and her team. I highly recommend Flow!

A beautiful salon in a quaint little town. Everyone was so nice when I arrived to have my hair done and made be feel very much at home. My hairdresser was exceptional and did a wonderful job. As I watched the other patrons having their hair done I was taken by the fact that everyone was chatting back and forth with their hairdressers and each job was done to perfection. Everyone looked great as they left the shop. In a town like Chestertown it's like finding something rare to have a salon like Flow.

I LOVE Flow Salonspa!!! At my age, I have been to ALOT of salons to work with my hair. I have very problem hair. Lacey Taylor seems to be the only one who can tame it (lol) & get it to the right color. When you walk in, you are greeted by a smiling happy face. They make sure you are comfortable (if you have to wait a bit), have something to drink, to read etc. They are all awesome there. I will continue going to Flow Salonspa and highly recommend it to EVERYONE!!!

I absolutely adore Flow Salon, I only wish I would have known about them sooner. Lacey does my hair and she is fantastic! I love that they only use Aveda products and the hair color it is the best hair color I have ever used, amazing! I love how even though the shop is full of customers it is still quiet you don't feel as though you have to shout over anyone and you can relax.
