Great experience for being first time! I read all good reviews before even I bought this 60-minutes full body scrub deal from Groupon. I scheduled my appointment which was super easy online process with your voucher code. On the day of my appointment we had crazy thunder storm in the area so they called me just on time to cancel when I have started driving to go to this place. Roberta called me back in the evening to reschedule next available time which was very comforting as well. I arrived the next day to Spa I was greeted very well with offering some water. They had a young college customer prior to me who took forever to come out of bathroom first and then come out of room where I was supposed to taken in. Roberta was concern and reminded me few times that she is waiting on a customer to come out for a while. I was not going back to work so I told her not to worry and don’t rush its ok. I am fine waiting!! I really favor small businesses that do great job so when you go to these places you have to keep in mind that they may not have extra staff to entertain customer or they may not have extra rooms/spaces where you can go hangout before and after your services. They work on appointment basis so all you have to do is arrive and wait if they are already in their sessions….This place is small, clean, warm and very inviting to get your relaxation worth every penny. I was last customer of the day for Roberta so she even offered me to stay back and relax for a while after my scrub+shower. She offered me to smell 2 options for scrub (Pumpkin spice & peppermint) to select one. She explained the whole process very well starting from how to wear their provided under wears…lol Roberta is an amazing spa person who has magic in her hands. She started with some hot towel cleaning to lemongrass essence oil aroma and then dry brush exfoliation then grape seed oil and last full body scrubbing except face. I think over all it was about 40-45 minutes on massage bed then she helped me get dressed to go to shower. Which was another may be 10 minutes so including shower I would say it was total 60 minutes time. She explained me that they are going to have some small scale remodeling soon to accommodate a locker-room to avoid long wait situation to be taken in the room. She even told me about their next incoming Groupon massage deal if I am interested. I am giving this place 5*s and hoping that they do well in future. I am going to share my experience with my friends as well. This is not a super fancy high end spa but really great elegant place so folks who are really into big ambiance and top notch look please be mindful!! Cheers to Callione spa :)

Roberta is amazing. She took far longer on my treatments than the allotted time. She clearly takes great pride in her work and was incredibly meticulous. The scrub and body wrap were soothing and relaxing. She was very careful about selecting products for my facial since I have sensitive skin. She described every product she used and her reason for selecting it. The rooms are very clean and pleasantly decorated. And the price for the special was amazing. I went in with a gift certificate as a present, but I left a lifelong client now. So much cleaner and more personal than any other place in College Park.
