We went in Monday for 2 specialty massages, the lady scheduled us for Wednesday; the owner specializes with my mother's massage and a gentleman specializes in mine. The receptionist wrote down my phone number and credit card information on a piece of paper (strange but she was pleasant). The following day we received a call from one of the masseuse asking additional information specifically what we were looking for (very nice). When we arrived Wednesday we were informed they canceled my mother's massage, they didn't call because they didn't have a phone number on us & the guy that was suppose to do my massage took the day off. I recommend you find another massage "specialist".
