I have been going to Elizabeth Nail for 6 months and every time I come in everyone is very polite, caring, funny, and professional. I have NEVER been unhappy with the services I receive and tell anyone who asks me where I got my nails done to visit Elizabeth Nail. You guys are great! Thank you so much! :)

Don't GO here!!!! First of all, they aren't friendly AT ALL, especially the girl who sits up front who may be the 'manager'. Second, they don't do a good job at all on acrylics - I went here when I couldn't get in to my regular place (Nails Lexxus in Falmouth) and they did such a terrible job, I had to have them re-done at Nails Lexxus (and got a scolding from my regular tech too as they were in awful shape) Plus I went in today for just a toe nail polish thinking how bad can they be at that! Well an older lady did my polish and she was so slooooow but they look ok...get ready for the price.... $15 just to paint my toes!!!!! I didn't need a pedicure as I'd just removed my own polish from a recent pedicure and wanted a change. I couldn't believe it and 'you have to be kidding' just popped out of my mouth! Gheesh - guess I learned my lesson this time!

I went today for a mani and pedi, I was upgraded to a Super combo (hot oil and mask) and while I was getting my pedicure done, another person did my manicure while I was sitting at the spa chair and this person did my manicure in less than 6 minutes. She did a terrible job, did not even soak my fingers for 10 seconds, did not cut any of the excess skin on the side of my nails, just some at the top. I still have my hang nails on the side of a few fingers. And no hot oil, just warmed hand cream she brought from the back and gave me the fastest mickey mouse massage and then polished my nails. I have to say this is the worse manicure I have ever gotten done in my life. I am never going back there. Pedicure done by an older Asian lady was ok. I made sure I requested that they cut an ingrown nail and it was not done, she did give me a decent massage. they need to learn how to give massages and not rush the customer. I made sure I made an appointment for a time when it wasn't busy and they still rushed me and there were no people waiting. Don't waste your money going there. I spent $60 for the most simplest and fastest job.
