Was very disappointed... They were 45 minutes late getting me in for my appointment. They ended up charging me $20 more than what they had originally quoted me for the hair color. They also charge an extra $10-$20 if they blow-dry your hair... even after I had told them not to blow dry it because I had already been there 3 hours for just a highlight and needed to get home. Ended up walking out of there paying $35.00 MORE than I was planning (so if they say $65...plan on $100). My hair was not even colored correctly and you could still see 1/2 inch roots on my part, and some blonde spots as well. When I tried to talk to the owner about it she just treated me as if I were below her, and made every excuse she could for these issues instead of trying to fix them. I understand that mistakes will be made...but this seemed a bit much. I would not recommend this place.
