I have been here a couple of times. Not sure what kind of "service" was expected by people writing most of these reviews. The people were nice to me. the first time I went in most of the people getting the pedicures were very quiet so Was everyone else but they had a lot of "regulars" that came in and you could see the place lighten up a little. As far as what they do it's great. I have yet to have a bad nail day.

TERRIBLE! Will not go back. I had a french pedicure. The technician did not take the previous color off so it showed through on the pedicure. They were uneven and poorly painted. If you use a credit card you have to pay a $3.00 service fee. I won't be back and don't recommend anyone going

HORRIBLE!! I had gone to TQ Nails when it was under different management - it was a great place then. Today, the service is awful. I had one lady give me a horrible pedicure - very crooked nails. She also did a gel fill for me and created a disaster...wavy nails that she attempted to paint. I had called ahead to make an appointment and stressed that I wanted someone good because my nails were being done for an extremely special occasion. I had not gone there since then which was last Summer, so recently I decided to give them another try. I went in for a fill and apparently interrupted the man's Friday night schedule because he performed my fill in record time and it showed...my nails were terribly crooked and noticeably wavy. I refuse to return ever again. I would NOT recommend this nail salon to anyone. They do not have the slightest clue what nice nails are supposed to look like.

I went to TQ Nails since last couple weeks (during Sept) i know the new owner, she did awsome job and her employes seem really care for their clients. I think this salon is the best in Mankato.

I went to TQ Nails to get a manicure. I was passed around to different technicians throughout my manicure, because a 'rich' customer came in for his weekly mani & pedi. The technicians told me several times how much money he has, and other personal things about him. I felt disrespected and thought the money I paid wasn't worth the annoyance I had to endure.
