Eternity Medical Spa

I am a 42 year old professional in health care field - it is important that I "present" well and not be "over done". Since my early 20's I have embraced the technology to age slow and gracefully. Needless to say I have sampled 10's of Medical Spas as well as top spa resorts. The owner Michelle Kichura is extremely passionate about educating her self on the top products and technologies. She invests herself personally in the quality of treatment, service and patient care. Her heart is that of one who wants to deliver a higher quality of life, self confidence and health over profit. This philosophy has built a successful Medical Spa for almost a decade. I listen while visiting with other happy clients in the comfortable waiting room and am always impressed at how clients are educated on products and not over sold. I have heard staff actually even recommend products they don't carry for unique care concerns. I can not possible say enough about the passion dedication and honesty I have experienced at Eternity Med Spa and strongly recommend visiting and experiencing it for yourself. Dr Jackie Demko
I've been visiting the spa now for about 4 months for laser. First let me say this is my 2nd attempt at laser because the previous spa that performed the laser burnt my skin and left scars, so I was very apprehensive of trying it again. However the owner assured me that the machine used there was top of the line. I agree!!! It has a cooling component that comforts the skin immediately after the zap. I love it!!! Even more so than the treatments I've received there, the staff is excellent, attentive, informative and patient. I absolutely would recommend all skin colors and skins problems to Eternity!!!
I have had great treatment here. I have most recently worked with Deb and trust her completely to tell me what I need and maybe more important, what I do not need, since it is so tempting because they offer some of the best deals in town. You will feel at home since everyone is so friendly!
I personally had a terribly experience with this place even before I set my foot into it. I bought a Groupon for a procedure there and made an appointment. So far so good. While driving to the appointment (within 15 min of the appointed time) I received a cancellation call from the Eternity spa (explanation - schedule conflict). I turned back and rescheduled. Within several hours of the second appointment I received a cancellation call from Eternity spa (explanation - the assigned therapist has family emergency). I realize - things happen, so I just rescheduled again. And - as it happened, on the day of my appointment my sister got into a hospital. So - this time I had to cancel (maybe within 5-6 hrs of the appointment) and asked to reschedule. They called me back saying that yes, they will reschedule, but they will charge me $50 for not cancelling within 48 (48!) hours. It wouldn't have sounded so outrageous but for the fact that they cancelled on me twice (first time within minutes of the appointment!) yet had the nerve to talk about $50 charge! Maybe their services are good or maybe not, but I - for one - would never want to find out. This first "encounter" was more than enough. Would definitely discourage anyone from dealing with this place.
Eternity Med Spa is truly one of kind. Michelle, Angie, and the staff are amazing! They are the nicest, most caring individuals and make you feel right at home when you walk in the door. Everyone at Eternity is very experienced and really know what they are doing. They can answer just about any question, and if they cannot, they will refer you to someone who can. As a medical spa, they not only care about the cosmetic treatment but are knowledgeable and focused on the medical aspects as well. Also, Eternity keeps there prices VERY reasonable. I would recommend Eternity Med Spa to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and affordable spa. Thank you Eternity! Katie Kearney Miss Missouri USA 2012
