Incredibly friendly staff that are very caring and make sure you are comfortable through the entire process. The treatments are fast and work great! I tried a different laser spa years ago and had no success but with Premier I have had 2 sessions and I am already seeing wonderful results! I am so happy I decided to give them a try. I will not being going anywhere else for laser hair removal, I have found the best around!

Overall, I absolutely loved this place! Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I felt very comfortable the entire time. The lounge area in the front was welcoming and they immediately offered me a beverage. Their prices are very reasonable and they even offer financing in order to pay off procedures. UPDATE: I have received half of my treatments thus far, and I would have to say I am more than pleased with the results at this point. The treatment has been quick and almost painless. Meghan, the technician is very clean, thorough, friendly and precise. If you are apprehensive about getting laser hair removal, I can guarantee you will feel at ease with Meghan and the rest of the staff. They exceed any expectations you could have about laser hair removal.

I have just begun my treatments and could not be more pleased with the staff! Clay is very informative and makes you feel right at home while doing your consultation. You are not just another customer to them- they take the time to talk to you and get to know you. Financing for the treatments is quick and easy and you can get a lot of options to choose from- even 0% interest if you qualify! The treatments are quick and virtually painless. I was amazed at how quickly I was done and on my way. All of the staff is friendly and they work with you to make sure you have the best experience possible. They also are not super pushy with selling their services. They tell you the facts you need to know, and sometimes that's a breath of fresh air. I can't speak highly enough about this place! Every single person is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Right from the start, Clay gets to know you and genuinely figures out what matters most to you. What stuck with me most about him was that I never felt like a figure or a sale to him. He was extremely informative without ever being pushy or forceful. I actually couldn't afford to take advantage of their services when I first met with him, but instead of writing me off, months later he reached out to me again with an offer that worked perfectly for my situation. The fact that he even remembered my name was enough to impress me, but working something out so I was able to get started right away? It just blew me away. Once I got set up for my first appointment, the ladies on staff there left me with the exact same feeling that Clay did. They got to know me personally and they always go so far above and beyond to make me feel at home. I never feel uncomfortable during the treatments, and the ladies are all extremely personable and so sweet. Not to mention I'm in and out of there so quickly! They're fantastic about working with my schedule and have always been ready for me the second I walk in the door (even though I'm usually about ten minutes early). Now lets talk about results. Within ONE WEEK, I started to notice significant hair loss. About six weeks later, when the next cycle of hair growth began, it was time for my next treatment. Same thing. I always see results within the first week after my treatment. I could not be more thrilled. I am now four treatments in, and would say there's - at least - a fifty percent reduction in the amount of hair growth. Not only that, but I've also noticed that the hair growing in is less coarse and lighter in color. I see significant changes even in the way my skin feels. It really is incredible. I look forward to finishing my treatments with this amazing group of people, and will always feel grateful that Clay remembered me well enough to keep me in mind when an awesome opportunity came along.
