I will review this as excellent but my wife's experience was a disaster!. My massage was on the level with the service I've received at the Four Seasons Resort in Maui, but my darling wifes' service was an atrocity! She refused to continue after just 30 minutes of an 1 hour massage (but still paid the tariff due, and did not tip) because it was too painful....and not in a good way. e.g driving the lactic acidosis out of ones muscle tissue. The masseuse had all the talent of the lady who changes the bedding. Long nails that gouged her skin, no real knowledge of anatomy and how the skeletal muscle system is put together, was sloppy in attired, bad teeth, no process..If this woman has been through school she should get her tuitions back. A secret shopper we are not, but if my wife and I owned this wonderful establishment, she would be re-trained at the least and fired at the most, and her room was summarily too small to change ones mind, but that is not her fault. Having said that, we believe that this is an exception and not the rule. The rest of the professionals are just that. Smartly dressed, articulate, and organized. The reception staff processed our first visit with a great attitude and and was helpful. Wonderfully decorated and my room was very comfortable, size wise and aesthetically Feng Shui with the music selection perfect for a relaxing visit. My masseuses' name was Roberta Blevins, and she was absolutely 'TOP SHELF'. She found areas in my scapula, thoracic areas, and Latissimus dorsi that needed attention without my prompting, a consummate professional, and highly recommended!! I would highly recommend this as your 'go-to' place to get whatever work done that you need in the Spa department, but don't be hesitant to change your attendant if you feel it necessary. I loved it!!!! I love going to Keira, she gives the best facials!!! I've also had laser hair removal, waxing and eye lash tint and perm. The laser hair removal are the best prices in town!! It's so relaxing and her and all the other wonderful people that work there are awesome at their jobs! I highly recommend going to The Spa because I have been going there for 4 years now and I've gone to Keira for 8!!!

I love this place! Amanda Guerin is the color/styling specialist that you need to ask for! She's phenomenal with color and cuts. I've had long hair, short hair, symmetrical and angled (asymmetrical) cuts, you name it. She's fantastic! Always wanted someone to coach you on how take great care of your hair with simple products? Just go see Amanda. She's passionate about hair and you will love her!
