Very nice salon, nicest in the area. Offers spa treatments, I love the facials and massages. It is very stylish and chic. Would highly recommend. Offered me a complimentary glass of wine with my pedicure.

Very relaxing. I had a massage and manicure. Good prices and a great massage. Havent had a massage as good as this one. With my manicure I had her do gel nails and painted them like a french tip and look great and will last so much longer than regular nail polish. Will go back there and will probably get my mom a massage too. Thank you Amanda And Charissa

I got my eyebrows waxed there 3 days ago. The woman didn't even introduce herself to me at all...which was not exactly good customer service. Then she waxed my eyebrows and had me look at them and I told her it's very difficult to tell because my skin gets so red right after they get waxed. 3 days later they're STILL red (which has never happened when I went to any other place) and to make things worse my eyebrows are CLEARLY uneven. Like, uneven enough that she had to have noticed while she was doing it. They're not even both shaped the same way...Ugh. After this, I think I'll go back to plucking my eyebrows.

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment with a stylist at a certain time. When I showed up they told me that they had to bump me up a half hour....but never told me. When I finally sat down it took the stylist only a few seconds to tell me she had 4 kids to pick up at a certain time and the 2 hour time window was not enough time to do my hair and therefore I had to leave. They didnt feel sorry about it, they didnt offer to find a way to make it work, no one even apologized. Not a fan of this place at all.

The staff seems sort of self absorbed, but the actual product has always been great. The only thing lacking is customer service..... And it haa horrible parking.
