I would like to explain that bad management follows bad owners. The staff may very well be tasked with customers' satisfaction, but there are no standards here. You won't find anyone with management skills here and you won't find the owner...at all! YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN, AND YOU SHOULD HAVE READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS THAT ARE RECENT. -Ralph Duff

Thank you for a pleasant and productive (for us) few days. We set up shop in the corner of the lobby on Friday evening asked for paper clips - computer help and all - so accommodating the staff was - is - our appreciation & good well goes out to your staff who were thrillingly efficient & friendly. Dining staff set us up every AM in large group.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful facility. I would recommend having coasters for the coffetable/table to preserve the wood also placemats would help w/ preserving the dining table.

One of the most relaxing experiences we've had in a while. Thanks for the hospitality and for upkeeping an inviting atmosphere where we could truly feel at home. Your impression was very positive for us, and we will be returning with friends!

We have a vacation home in BIg Sky. This is our 2nd visit to the Fairmont Hotel & Springs & we booked a golf package. The fine dining presentation was lovely, real napkins made a wonderful dining experience. We will be back!
