Horrible place. Really disorganized - having an appointment means nothing. It is a big, noisy place and smells so bad your nose will burn for hours. Stay away!

Loved this place! I went a few weeks ago. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and the staff is wonderful. They don't "harass" you about getting upgrades and such during your visit there, like most nail salons. I told them exactly what I wanted, and they said "okay". The quality of the job was perfect, and the prices were cheaper than the salons near me. I'll be visiting again tomorrow with a friend!

I went there and had my nails done. It was awful. They done their regulars first. They started and stopped. They clipped my nails and went into the cutetule. Afterwards they finished and it took over 4 hours just to get my nails done. After I got home my nails were on fire. I couldn't touch anything they hurt so bad. I called them they said it was normal to give it til the next day. I did and it was worse. I called them they said they shouldn't be hurting. So I told them I wanted my money back. I went and they said never come back to them. So I have not and will not. They are the worse place ever. Pro nails in spruce pine is the best!

Went there for their hot stone massage manicure. The people working were friendly and polite and the manicure was excellent. I will definitely be going back their in the future. The manicure was $25.00 and completely worth it. It was such a relaxing experience. Anytime in the future I want to get my nails done I will be going there.

They were ok. They don't take their time and it shows. I've been there about five times because I live and work in the area. Every time I have been disappointed with the service and the job they do --> with both manicures and artificial nails. Go elsewhere in Boone.
