Poor management and ownership. As a previous employer I can tell you that you will not be able to find a stylist you like that will be around for more than a year. There is a revolving door at the salon and the majority of it is due to ownership. From personal experience I can tell you that when I did leave my stay of 3 years with Indigo the ownership was intentionally insubordinate providing me with critical tax information including questioning of certain practices that took place. It was malicious with them; they made clear their actions were due to personal motives that stemmed from my departure with the company. Also disregard the positive reviews below. I won't name any names but more than 3 of them that reported 5 stars are close to the owners and it isn't coincidental that they have praise for the company.

What a beautiful salon! Mac gave me a great chair massage. Which was such a tease. I need to go back for a real one. Ben did my hair. He was awesome! I just got a trim but will be going back to him. He was very personable and my hair looked awesome afterwards. He also gave me great tips on hair care and I even got some product. My hair is a lot easier to do now and it feels a lot healthier!

I was recommended by a friend to check out Ben Anaya, one of the hair stylists at Indigo. I have now seen him twice and both times, I was completely blown away with his work. He turns bland hair into gorgeous works of art! I have never been to a professional salon, or even colored my hair in my entire life! I was a bit nervous to have my hair colored, but my friend said that Ben was excellent! I decided it was time to try something new. Ben did an astonishing job on my hair color. I regret not seeing him sooner! He is AMAZING! He turned my bushy thick hair into hair like the girl’s have on the hair commercials on TV- actually I look EVEN BETTER! My hair is so shiny and the color combinations he used make my eyes pop! His styling has boosted my self-confidence so much!!! I got hundreds of compliments with his intrinsic color combinations he used on my hair. I came back for a second time about to weeks ago to see Ben again. He gave me another excellent dye job, and I have gotten so many compliments. He used a dark and red combination that made my hair beautiful. I have had tons of people stop me and ask me where I got my hair done! I have never felt more beautiful than after an appointment with Ben Anaya. I recommend that if you are looking for a great color and cut, go see Ben Anaya at Indigo the Salon! Not only is he magic with hair, he’s additionally extremely sweet! I have never had a better stylist, and I will always be a costumer of Ben’s! Five stars all the way! Also, the salon is very nice. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff! However, I would really love it if they got WiFi. While waiting on my color to set it, having WiFi to use on my tablet/phone would be epic! It would make the experience even more amazing! Everyone needs to book an appointment with Ben Anaya at Indigo the Salon!

Absolutely the BEST massage I have ever had, thank you Benjamin! He is a must see if you are looking for a massage that offers excellent deep tissue, heat and stretching. Wonderful!! I followed the massage with an ultimate pedicure from Debbie...I was so relaxed. Thanks for taking good care of me! Looking forward to my next visit!

I absolutely love my hair!!! Ben Anaya knows what he is doing! He did a fantastic job with the color, cut, and styling. The only negative is that the cost was much higher than I anticipated based on the website pricing. Toner/gloss, and even a trim must cost quite a bit extra there. Next time I will be sure to find out what the cost for each thing is before agreeing to the services.
