A great massage location in North Raleigh! The front desk staff have excellent customer service attitudes. You can't go wrong with a 60 minutes massage with LaToya. She is amazing!

My first massage was fine, but a little under time but it seemed like a good idea to get a membership so I did. After that the next massage was from a different therapist and was not okay. I asked to cancel my membership but it I was give such grief. I won't be back.

My first sign of "old age" hit not too long ago when I twinged my back while literally doing nothing. As the day wore on, it got worse. Desperate for relief, I called LaVida (because they're near my house). I was given an appointment the same day. I had the good fortune of having Daniel as a therapist. He listened to where I said I hurt and he went to work. He finished up the session with some BioFreeze on the sore spot. This loosened me up a bit, but by the next day, not only was THAT pain gone, the chronic, nagging tailbone pain I've been suffering off and on for 27 years was GONE. It hasn't been back since. I purchased a membership immediately. Each time I go in with a new complaint area and each time, Daniel expertly works it out, then leaves me with advice on how to treat the area to prevent repeated injury, or improve mobility. I've run out of friends to sing his praises to, so now I'm telling you - Go! Don't wait! Go get your massage!
