Called in to see about availability for bridal party hair. Very unprofessional about explaining to me why they were booked up. "We already have a bride for that morning, so..." Long pause and I say, "What about the afternoon?". "I have appointments all afternoon, so...." Long pause until I say, "So you don't have any room?" "No." How about saying, "Unfortunately, we are booked for the day. I'm sorry we can't help you."

I have now visited Salon Seva twice and was absolutely 110% disappointed this past time. The first time I had a pretty good experience with Jasmine who is no longer at the salon. This second time was horrendous! The girl that did my hair was slow and had a lack of knowledge and professionalism. When I finally (it took forever!) went up to pay the prices were outrageous for my services! After speaking to the business owner (which because of her awful attitude and lack of professionalism/business acumen I thought was a stylist, I was demeaned and have never been spoken to so rudely in my life!) was absolutely appalled! I will never go back and quite frankly think this place will not last too much longer with their poor business practices. I was very disappointed with my hair, probably could have done a better job myself. There are so many other fabulous places in Grand Forks including Avant! I would highly encourage you to save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Absolutely love this place! Neat set up and great people. I love getting my hair cut and colored there! They always do such an amazing job!!
