I had color services done twice here, with decent results. It seemed a little pricy, but I liked their discount card promotion. I made a third appointment, and when I went in for it, I was told it was actually a week later. I know I made it for that day, as I would be out of the country the following week. The fit me in, which I appreciated, even with rolled eyes and exaggerated sighs of the male receptionist- he acted like he was doing me the biggest favor. The stylist was in a hurry, so she slapped on five or six foils. I got a hair cut as well. The bill came to a staggering $140 and I couldn't believe I had just paid that much to be made to feel like such an inconvenience. I would have rather they just turned me away in the first place. I went to a different salon a few weeks later, and the stylist there couldn't believe how awful the last color job had been. It's a cute salon (the color bar area is great)...but this experience has led me to take my business elsewhere.
