I recently met Steve through business and was offered training on his expertise of IPL at no charge because he has a passion for esthetics and is willing to share his knowledge with me as an esthetician. He has been a great business coach and mentor to me and has helped me with a platform to become sucessfull by providing support and teaching the skills, strategies and systems needed to began to build my esthetics practice. Had laser hair removal 9 years ago and still no unwanted facial hair! Really in tuned with their clients.

I bought a package deal for 6 laser hair removal treatments about a year ago. This was my first time doing hair removal, and I was optimistic about it, especially after my first contact was so positive. Steve was very understanding, and was able to explain things well to me. However, that's just about where the pleasantries stopped. My next visit was rushed, and I ended up with burns that didn't heal for several days. I mentioned this to the receptionist over the phone, who was extremely cold and uncaring. Upon my 3rd visit, the worker talked all about how terrible it was to work there, and would not stop talking about their personal life. To make things interesting, she then became insistent I try the weight loss program they were selling (I'm not even that large!). At the time, I just dismissed it and still made a fourth appointment. Despite having an appointment card, and scheduling number 4 in my phone, I was called the day before my scheduled appointment and then told I had missed the appointment and would be charged. I called back to complain, was met with a 'tone' from the same receptionist and then was told if I made the appointment that I *was originally scheduled* I would not be charged the missed appointment fee. At this point, I was fed up and just wanted to finish the final two treatments but was told that since I tan in the summer I shouldn't reschedule until the fall. Two weeks later I received an email "confirming" that I had completed my package deal. I called to complain and was told that I had in fact finished the package. To top this all off, my hair is still growing in just as much and as quickly as it was before I started. My suggestion to other people is don't waste your money, especially at this establishment. Sorry Steve, you seem like a decent guy but there is much to work on, particularly surrounding your employees.

I have gone here a few times before to have some laser hair removal and everyone was great. I just had the skin tightening done and they went over and above of what I expected. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would recommend this to everyone

Spa Medique is both a professional place but also a warm and friendly environment. I both had laser hair treatment and teeth whitening and both have been great experiences. My teeth after one treatment is 6 shades whiter and as for the laser hair removal...it has been life changing! I will be going to Spa Medique for years to come!!!
