I am a prior student from this location. I graduated in 2008, while attending the school there was definitely room for improvement. It was very messy when it came to dealing with certain situations. In all my time there I was only involved in one teacher-student incident. I was a good student, perfect attendance, awesome grades and very respectable. I recently called the school for some information and the new Director there is very rude. I called that morning so there was no chance for a bad day to have already taken place. He seemed as if he was very limited on time rushing me off the phone or just not caring to hear what I had to say and asked me to write a letter and send it with my request. Things have really changed there and I'm not sure if it was for the better in all departments. I loved my teachers that I connected with and I think I will make a trip back to see them and get a glimpse of what this new director is about and how things are running now. Very rude and inconsiderate so far...smh you should have learned to leave what started at home, at home or the previous day in the past and don't bring it to the workplace.

I can't speak to their services - but I called last night after work (5:30) for a haircut, and the receptionist said no appointment necessary, just walk in - class goes until 9:45. I went at 7 and was taken aback how rude the woman at the desk was. I explained that I had called first before driving over, but without making any sense of it she said only a few people had showed up for class, and tried to relay hours (but they're different every day), and when I asked what time would be okay after 5 in the future, she cut me off and said nothing after 5, but after 6 they'll know how many people have shown up! ... I had been 100% sure that 6 pm was after 5 pm. After this experience I have no desire to go back - everyone at beauty school just watched the dialogue escalate. Takeaway message: make sure that you're there at the proper time, and don't call too far in advance!
