I've visited there and had several great experiences and two bad experiences, of course mixed in. I recommended them to my mother on a day she was really stressed out and they were short with her over the phone then hung up on her. I've never seen such poor treatment of customers. I would advise to proceed with caution to this business.
The services are so-so. Generally hit or miss.
I had a great experience the first time I came here a couple of months ago and was very excited the next time I was in this area to return here. this time, I had a different masseur and was completely disappointed. my masseur didn't listen to a single thing about what I wanted to focus on and seemed to rush through. I wasn't given a water after my massage. I was definitely disappointed and I'm not sure if I will return. I am giving it three stars because my first visit was great. it's a shame my second one may be my last one.
