I bought a Groupon for them and have been trying for the past month to schedule an appointment on a weekend or at night because I work during the day and have had the worst experience. I get different information every time I called (including appointments that were available a half hour earlier suddenly were "never actually available") and when I called today to try to schedule for for any weekend in the month of December, originally they had one available for me, but then I head talking in the background and the woman on the phone said that day actually doesn't have anything free. But there's an appointment in a month and a half if I want that one. Yea, because the salon is HONESTLY booked a month and a half in advance....

My friend recommended this place to me. I showed the stylist, Hiro, a picture of the cut I wanted, and he matched it almost perfectly. The color dyed for me was the perfect shade. The atmosphere of the shop is lovely.

Loved my facial with Mirna. She was great-knew what my skin needed, made appropriate recommendations, and was not just promoting products. I was happy with her extractions and willingness to do the job. Too many times I experience the opposite. I've made a second appointment for next month! One downside was that we started a bit late into the hour (10-12 min) but it ended up being great nonetheless.

where do i start the salon is horrible and ladies dont get facials there he buys his products that are sopose to be high quality from rite aid you can problemly get better products at a dollar store. i recently followed my hairdresser from there to suede salon and spa and wow what a difference you get what u pay for and the employees/managers arent rude and pricks like over there at benards .

I got the WORST massage of my life at this place! I had a living social coupon for it and i swear it was like they treated me awful because of the coupon. New Flash: Don't put a coupon out there if you don't want people to actually use them! The point of those coupons is to give someone such a great experience that they want to come back for full priced services. The lady was sooo rough and rusted through the whole thing. It felt as if I'd just asked my boyfriend to rub my back. No real order to her stokes, just random rough rubbing.
