Been a member for about 4 months now. ridiculously low cost for a premium experience. All updated and working machines, clean, beautiful locker rooms and the customer service/staff friendliness is unparalleled. Highly recommended.

You were right, if I made a commitment to follow the prescribed treatment and maintenance plans that you designed especially for me at home and in the gym I would see results. 2 years ago, my shoulder doctor recommended by name a physical therapist who was employed here. I went in for an initial consultation, but they were out of my insurance network, that was that. Fast forward to today, I have received three text messages, and a harassing phone call, from an automated telemarketer representing Soul Focus, telling me why I should join their gym. I don't even live in the area anymore, and never wanted to join their gym in the first place. I tried to text them "STOP" to unsubscribe, as instructed, after the very first text. And since received 2 more plus the phonecall. Bogus!
