Had a body scrub and 60 min massage. I could not believe the beauty and cleanliness of the facility(sauna, shower, steamroom), the extent of the value for money, and the overall 'wow' factor I felt when I left this small spa in south nj. It was my third time there. Each treatment I have had prior to this visit (facial, massage, mani/pedi) had also been met with high satisfaction. I highly recommend the body scrub/massage. It reminded me of the bliss spa in la, california, and the vichi shower...but better! & better value. A real find!

I've been to Fantagio twice now. Both times I had a great experience. First, I went for a Mani-pedi and facial. Today I got the full body scrub and Swedish massage. The decor is beautiful, the staff is competent and friendly. They've got a busy schedule and like to stick by it, but so do I and I appreciate it. If I'm going for a package that should take 1 1/2 hrs, I'd like to be able to plan my day around it and not wait and have the treatment take 3 hours like some other places do. I will definately be returning! I'm even thinking of becoming a member there. Five stars!!!

Used my Groupon for a Spa Mani & Pedi and received EXCELLENT service. I got the FULL treatment from paraffin wax, hot stones and massage to even having my toes wrapped in plastic before putting my shoes and socks back on (it was cold that day). The workers were very thorough with the filing and cleaning of nail beds, which were in pretty bad shape. They seem to be pretty busy on weekends so if you need a weekend appt. I'd call early! Luckily I got a nice quiet spot mid-week. :)

If I could have left no stars I would have, because that would better describe my "experience" at Fantagio Spa. My friend and I booked a mani-pedi and 1 hour Swedish massage package through Groupon. It took us some time to get an appointment, which seemed like a good thing since they were obviously a busy spa. We finally booked our appointment about 3 weeks in advance. On the day of our spa services we drove all the way to Haddonfield (over 25 minutes from our town) expecting some pampering at a great price. Well we got what we paid for, or rather we didn't because the salon apparently did not have our reservation in the system, even though we had gone over the date and time of the appointment several times during the booking. The receptionist couldn't have been more worthless! She basically had this "oh well, try again later" attitude instead of being mortified that the salon had magically lost BOTH of our appointment for BOTH the massages and the mani-pedis!! (It kind of makes you wonder if we would have had the same misfortune had we been regular full-paying customers, rather than two girls with Groupon discounts...) To make matters worse, the useless receptionist refused to get the manager and instead of trying to accommodate us in any way she said "oh yea, sometimes people write down the reservations and don't put them into the system." REALLY?!!! How is this our problem?! When we asked her if she could squeeze us in since they were apparently too busy for us at 10 am, she said she could get one of us in at noon for the mani-pedi, the other in at 2 for the other mani-pedi, and then we could both return at 5 for our massages. On what planet does that make any sense? Especially because we clearly booked our appointments and arrived together so that we could at least be together for our mani-pedis. Oh, and by the way, the "manager" (who sounded exactly like the moron receptionist) called us back 3 days later to say that there was nothing she could do and even refused to upgrade our services for the inconvenience. So, we ultimately opted to return our packages to Groupon and we will gladly take our business elsewhere. Without a doubt, one of the worst (if not THE worst) customer service experiences of my life!!!!

I had been to Fantagios before when my daughter was getting married. Her maid of honor treated her to a full body massage and scrub. I believe it was a bridal package. My daughter LOVED IT! I had just gotten a manicure and a pedicure which was also very nice. However, I got jealous and wanted a massage too so I scheduled a ladies day out and gathered about 8 of my friends and headed to Fantagios. Let me tell you, it was just fabulous. They are very courteous and they give excellent massages. I highly recommend them and plan on returning very soon. I live 40 minutes away but it is worth the trip!!
