HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....TERRIBLEE ... ESPECIALLY THE GIRL WHO REPEATS SHE WORKS THERE FOR 5 YEARS AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MASSAGE BECAUSE YOUR TEN MINUTES LATE. AND THEY ADDED A FEE TO TRANSFER MEANWHILE MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN OPEN FOR YEARS .. TERRIBLE, AND SMELLS WEIRD
I have been in the Spa Industry since its introduction to the US, and can honestly say that for a so-called 'budget' spa, Hand and Stone excels in their service. Pleasant on the phone, thorough, and caring...I have never been told that I could not have an appt when I wanted one. In the several months going there regularly have felt comfortable with each therapist that was available, the facialists were also excellent. What they lack in amenities that so called resorts or spas might feel compelled to offer, they make up for in cleanliness and professionalism equal to higher priced establishments.
