This place is absolutely horrible.. DO NOT GO HERE. I was styled by Michelle to do an ombre and she did the worst ombre i have ever seen. It basically looked like a bad highlight job and it looked like she did it with her eyes closed. It's been about 4 months since this happened and my hair is still completely ruined and dead. She also cut my hair and i asked for a simple face frame and layers. she literally cut my hair in two layers and did no form of face frame. i am absolutely heartbroken with what my hair looks like and i wish i never went here. before i got this done my hair was half way down my back and extremely healthy. now it is short and so dry and dead and its taking forever to get back to the way it was. I have to constantly redye my hair to cover up the incorrect bleached spots from the horrible ombre. My hair is completely ruined and I highly recommend you do not get your hair done by Michelle. I am so upset.

I've been going here for several years; and after I moved out of the area, I still come back for haircuts. The service is high-end without being pretentious, and the attention to detail is appreciated. Great conversations and excellent stylists. My wife and I are both very happy we found this place.

A lot of people say Bangz is overpriced, but you get the full service for a reasonable amount from some very talented people. I've paid more for worse haircuts and walked out feeling scammed from hidden charges. Danielle cut my hair, a senior stylist. I've been between salons for years now and I think I found where I'm going to stay! In and out in under an hour without feeling rushed at all. She was just chatty enough to make you feel comfortable, listened to you and explained everything she was doing. Very satisfied with a cut I used to spend $90 on elsewhere. All the staff was very friendly and the salon itself was gorgeous, but not in a "don't touch me!" way that many upper scale salons are. Music was modern but not blaring. Great value, great staff, great atmosphere.

Shanna always does my hair perfect! I have never had a bad experience and I have been going there for 4 years now and would not go any where else.. I highly recommend Shanna she is the best!
