I called at 10:30 in the morning and asked for a hair cut that same day. I talked to Ally and she said it was no problem and to come in at 3:30. I arrived right at 3:30 and was prompted to fill out standard new client paperwork. She said to have a seat and she'd be right with me. I wait for 30 minutes with not a single person saying anything to me. When I walked in, Ally had just started an all over color that would take at least 35 minutes to complete. She was arrogant and bad mouthing an employee with another girl and the women getting their hair done. I will never step foot in the establishment again. It is clearly run by children who have no sense of urgency or time management. Save yourself the time. I really should have..
After a series of bad hair cuts I came here on the last day of my vacation and recieved the best, most personalized hair cut I've had in a long time. The stylest listened to what kind of hair cut I wanted while at the same time explained to me what would work with my round face and small forehead. I wanted to take her home with me back to Dallas so she could keep cutting my hair!! Wonderful experience.
