We at Ageless Medical Spa & Clinic are located 3961 E. Lohman Ave (Ste 12) are new to the plaza and keep getting visits from people looking for laser hair removal. Where should we direct them? We have never heard of a Skin-Scriptions.

Set up several appts for an upcoming event. Not one appt was ever on time, or they were rescheduled several times (even a few times when I was on my way there), or when I would show up there was no one there. Had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks out only to have it cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. No one called me, it was just cancelled in the system, so the system sent me an email. When I called about the email, I was told that "yeah, we are really busy". I asked why no one even bothered to call me to cancel and was told "she doesn't LIKE doing waxing". What? Would have been nice to know that 3 weeks ago when I made the appt, or one week ago when I was in there to confirm my appt. I was able to find someone on short notice, although two other procedures were rescheduled and pushed back so much that I won't be able to get them done in time. Nice way to treat a bride one week before her wedding.

This woman Tracie Evans is a complete fraud! She has skipped town and not paid her past employees, business rent and still owes her clients products that were pre-purchased. I hope the word gets out!

Always misses appointments been rescheduled 5 times. Bad service.
