I've been getting my underarms done here, and I'm quite pleased with the results. I've had 5 sessions so far, and already the hair is thinner, and less noticeable. I've usually only had to wait a few minutes after arriving to be treated, and the treatment is over with in less than 10 minutes. The only thing I think they could improve on is to be a little more thorough. I've come away from a few different sessions with hair on the edges not being treated. When I pointed it out at the next session they made sure to get it, but the time after that I didn't say anything, and some spots were missed again. But overall I would definitely recommend them.

This is one of the best things I have done. I have a dark complexion and was nervous about lasers since I heard bad things. Well they were wrong Premier laser spa had the YAG laser which is great for dark complexion. The office is clean, staff is professional and the techs make you feel very comfortable. Each appointment is in and out, I had my armpits lasered on my lunch break. You never realize how much time and energy you spend shaving/veet/nair/epilating/waxing hair. I have a busy life and nothing is worse than last minute plans and you realize you have to shave. Its so nice to just slip on a cute dress and not have to worry about what raising my arms. That being said, I plan on coming back for more.

I was given a gift certificate for Christmas for laser treatments. My travel time is 1.25 hours to each appointment. Each time I was greeted with a smile, and had the most friendly staff take care of me. They did a thorough job each time. I had to cancel once and they were very prompt in getting me in so as to keep the scheduled timeframe. The staff went above and beyond as far as friendliness. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I loved my experience at Albany Laser Spa, I love the staff especially Mary & Jen G, they are so wonderful and polite. The results speak for themselves and are just wonderful! I was surprised at how affordable it can be and they are always running new promotions and referral programs to help you earn more free treatments. Great experience and would totally recommend it to everyone.
