I went here two separate times. It's beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. The first time I was told I'd need to come back in an hour even though it was my appointment time. When I can back I did not get the person I was scheduled with, as a new customer I didn't think this would be an issue. Well it was. I scheduled a senior stylist because I'm aware of how difficult to cut my hair is, I got a girl fresh out of school. I left looking okay, but the first time I washed my hair I knew....pyramid head! The next time I went was for waxing. She told me my face "wasn't that bad" and I may not even need to be waxed. I should have known then. She left so much hair in the wrong places it's not even funny. I told her twice, but she ended up removing part of my eyebrow that SHOULD be there so I stopped telling her. It was $30 to leave there and have to go home and tweeze myself anyway. They offered to try again or something of that nature but I was unwilling to do that.

I have been going to Annie to have my nails done every month for the last 4 months and she is fabulous. She has a great personality and an expert touch with my nails. The staff and associates that I have dealt with are always friendly and courteous, they go above and beyond to please the customer.

Monique has been given me my facials for about a month or so and my face couldn't look better. My skin is brighter and my pores are much smaller, What a difference it has made overall. She is knowledgeable and although she has her own line of products, she does not push them on me. I had just spent hundreds on Mary Kay products that I wanted to use up before I get anything new. So I truly appreciate her for that! Because of holidays and New Years, being sick for two weeks, I have not seen her and am in need to resume my routine I had going with her. I can't wait to go back and would recommend her to everyone!
